To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask all visitors to follow these rules and guidelines during their stay at Camp Stimson.
General Rules
- Treat all facilities, equipment, and nature with respect.
- Leave no trace: Pack out everything you pack in.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours (10 PM–6 AM).
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed unless they are registered service animals.
Safety Guidelines
- Follow all instructions from camp leaders or staff.
- Use the zip line, rock wall, and archery range only under supervision.
- Fires are permitted only in designated areas and must be fully extinguished before leaving.
- Keep the campsite clean to avoid attracting wildlife.
- In case of emergency, notify the camp host or dial 911.
Facility Use
- Campsites and pavilions must be reserved in advance.
- Use only the campsite or facilities assigned to your group.
- Do not enter restricted areas or tamper with camp equipment.
- Restroom and shower facilities should be kept clean for the next visitor.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations.
- Refund policies vary based on reservation type—contact us for details.
Respect for Others
- Be considerate of other groups sharing the camp.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior that may disturb others’ experience.
- Ensure all activities align with Camp Stimson’s mission and values.
